Unlike tours departing from a traditional harbor, Trilogy's Kā‘anapali Beach departures begin right along the beautiful shores of West Maui. While boarding directly from the beach is part of what makes this experience so special, finding the right place to park and check in can be a little tricky if you're visiting for the first time.

That's why we've put together this step-by-step guide to make your arrival as easy as possible! Whether you're driving to the Sheraton Maui and parking in the garage or enjoying a scenic walk along the beachfront path from a nearby resort, we'll show you exactly where to go, what landmarks to look for, how parking validation works, and what to expect when it's time to board.

One important thing to know before you arrive: Trilogy's Kā‘anapali Beach check-in is located on the paved beachfront walkway in front of the Sheraton Maui, not directly on the sand. Look for the Sheraton sign near the beach lawn, where our crew will be waiting to welcome you.

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before your scheduled departure, giving you plenty of time to check in and get ready for your adventure.

Driving to Trilogy's Kā‘anapali Beach Check-In: Parking & Walking Directions

If you're driving to your Trilogy adventure, parking is available at the Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa, just a short five-minute walk from our beachfront check-in location.

Enter the address above into your GPS to navigate to the Sheraton Maui parking garage. Once you arrive, park your vehicle and make your way toward the hotel and beach access walkway.

Parking Validation: Trilogy guests receive discounted parking at the Sheraton Maui. During your sail, you'll have the opportunity to scan a QR code onboard to validate your parking. Since parking is paid upon exiting the garage, be sure to complete your validation before returning to your vehicle.

Parking is under $20 after validation.

Alternative Parking: Guests may also park at Whalers Village; however, Trilogy does not provide parking validation for Whalers Village.

Step-by-Step: From the Sheraton Parking Garage to Trilogy Check-In

Step 1: Follow the Beach Access Signs

After exiting the Sheraton parking garage, walk toward the hotel and look for the directional signs pointing toward "Beach Access." These signs will guide you toward the ocean and the resort's beachfront area.

Step 2: Follow the Sidewalk Toward the Ocean

Continue along the paved outdoor walkway, following the beach access signs. You'll pass through the Sheraton's landscaped grounds, with tropical greenery lining the path.

Stay on the sidewalk as you make your way toward the beachfront lawn.

Step 3: Continue Until You Reach the Beachfront

As you get closer to the ocean, you'll begin to see palm trees, the beach, and the water ahead. Continue following the paved walkway toward the beachfront.

Step 4: Look for the Large Tree Near the Beach

When you reach the beachfront walkway, you'll see a large tree near the shoreline, surrounded by a low white wall. You're almost there!

This is the area where Trilogy guests gather before their sail.

Step 5: Find the Sheraton Sign & Trilogy Crew

Look for the Sheraton Maui sign near the large tree along the paved walkway. This is Trilogy's designated Kā‘anapali Beach check-in location!

Our crew will be waiting in this area to welcome guests and get everyone checked in. You may also see a Trilogy check-in sign, although it isn't always present.

Important: Do not head directly onto the sand to check in! Our check-in location is on the paved walkway beside the Sheraton's beachfront lawn, not down on the beach itself.

Plan Ahead: The walk from the Sheraton parking garage to Trilogy check-in takes approximately five minutes. Please arrive at the check-in location 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time.

Walking to Trilogy's Kā‘anapali Beach Check-In From Nearby Resorts

Staying at one of Kā‘anapali's beautiful beachfront resorts? You're in luck! You may be able to walk directly to Trilogy's check-in location without needing to drive or find parking.

Our check-in spot is located along the paved beachfront walkway in front of the Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa, near the famous Black Rock at the northern end of Kā‘anapali Beach.

Step 1: Find the Kā‘anapali Beach Walk

Make your way to the paved beachfront walkway that connects the resorts along Kā‘anapali Beach. This scenic oceanfront path runs alongside the beach, making it easy to travel between nearby resorts on foot.

Step 2: Walk Toward Black Rock & the Sheraton Maui

If you're coming from the Whalers Village area or resorts farther south along Kā‘anapali Beach, follow the beachfront walkway north toward Black Rock and the Sheraton Maui.

Continue along the paved path until you reach the Sheraton's beachfront area.

If you're approaching from the opposite direction, make your way toward the Sheraton's beachfront walkway and look for the landmarks described below.

Step 3: Look for the Sheraton Sign & Large Tree

As you approach the Sheraton Maui, keep an eye out for the large tree near the beachfront walkway and the Sheraton hotel sign.

This is where you'll find Trilogy's designated check-in area! You may also see a Trilogy check-in sign and other guests gathering for their upcoming sail.

Step 4: Meet Our Trilogy Crew!

Once you reach the Sheraton sign, look for our Trilogy crew members, who will be welcoming guests and organizing check-in for your tour.

Remember: Check-in is NOT on the sand! Please remain on the paved walkway near the Sheraton sign rather than heading down to the beach or searching for the boat.

After everyone has checked in, our crew will guide the group down to the beach for boarding.

A Quick Reminder Before You Arrive

Please plan to arrive at Trilogy's check-in location 30 minutes before your scheduled departure. Be sure to bring a valid photo ID if you plan to enjoy alcoholic beverages onboard.
