Why Is Sustainability Important To You: Sustainability is important to me since I live in an environment that’s so negatively affected by the consequences of what happens when sustainability isn’t a focus.

Plastic pollution alone is something I deal with on a daily basis, whether it’s removing plastics from the ocean or cutting fishing line or nets off of wildlife.

Just small efforts by the local community can add up in greatly helping our surrounding environment and protecting it for future generations.
