8:30-8:45 Conduct land based Harbor cleanup

8:45 board a Trilogy catamaran

Coral Bleaching Workshop: The day will touch upon the past coral decline of our reefs, Maui's current situation, and moving forward into next summer. We will learn how to identify coral species and will conduct underwater coral health surveys which will directly contribute information to the Eyes on the Reef database. It is important to collect as much data as possible so scientists can measure and track growth and decline of the reefs better.
