Life of a Spinner Dolphin

As the sun sinks below the horizon and Earth enters into the golden corpuscular hour, groups of spinner dolphins make their way offshore into deep, dark blue water up to 1,000ft. They are on the hunt for prey. Working together in large groups they use clicks, squeaks, and echolocation to communicate with each other to find food.

Blue'Aina with Whale Trust Maui and CJ's Diner & Deli

On January 7th, our 48 guests boarded Trilogy with extreme excitement for our first Blue‘Aina of 2018 - a recurring trip that has become such a crowd favorite that it sold out months in advance! Sponsored by Trilogy, their donation was made for the second year in a row to the Whale Trust Maui, a local non-profit organization.  Our food for the day was graciously donated by CJ’s Deli & Diner.

Trilogy's Blue ‘Aina Reef Clean Up 8/16/15- Sponsored by Hawaiian Paddle Sports, Hard Rock Café Maui, Benefits Surfrider Foundation and Pacific Cancer Foundation

Despite worries about another Pacific tropical storm, Trilogy’s Blue ‘Aina Campaign’s August reef clean up happened on a calm, beautiful day. New volunteers and regulars alike joined us on Sunday morning in Lahaina Harbor, ready to dedicate their morning to cleaning a Maui nearshore reef of marine debris.
